Terms of Service
These are Viewly's simple V1 terms for brands and creators using the platform. Viewly is still in early access, so we may update these terms as the product evolves.
What Viewly is
Viewly is a creator campaign platform that helps brands run short-form creator campaigns and helps creators participate in those campaigns.
Brand obligations
- Brands must fund campaigns before launch.
- Brands must provide accurate briefs, assets, and instructions.
- Brands may only upload or request content they have the right to use.
Creator obligations
- Creators must follow campaign briefs and platform rules.
- Creators must submit original content.
- Creators must not use misleading claims, copied work, or fake engagement.
Fees, payouts, and disclosures
- Viewly charges a 10% platform fee on campaign budget.
- Creator payouts are typically sent 7 to 14 days after submission approval.
- Creators must clearly disclose paid promotions and comply with FTC disclosure requirements.
Prohibited content and enforcement
You may not use Viewly for prohibited or unsafe content, including adult content, gambling, weapons, illegal products, fraud, hate, or abusive activity.
We may suspend or remove accounts, campaigns, or submissions if we believe there is fraud, abuse, rule-breaking, or other misuse of the platform.
No warranty and governing law
Viewly is provided on an as-is basis. The platform is in early access, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, campaign performance, or creator availability.
