Refund Policy
We keep this simple. If Viewly misses the launch window we promise, you should not have to guess what happens next.
Launch guarantee
If we can't launch your campaign within 5 business days of receiving your brief, we will refund your payment in full.
Unused creator budget
If your campaign ends with unused creator budget, the unused portion minus the 10% platform fee can be credited to a future campaign or refunded upon request.
Platform fee
The 10% platform fee is non-refundable once the campaign is launched.
